Downdetector: Telegram users complain about problems globally

MOSCOW, Feb 7 (PRIME) – The users of messenger Telegram complained about its work all over the world, including in Russia, on Monday, according to glitch tracking resource Downdetector.

Downdetector registered 186 reports as of 11.55 a.m. Moscow time – 41% of the users had problems with the application, 32% with server connection, and 27% with message delivery.

The problems were seen in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, and other countries.
